All the influences that affected you then still affect your life&#8230;and maybe not always for the better. <\/p><p>My invitation to you is to join me in a safe space to explore these early periods of your life and perhaps find healing, healing for the fundamental impressions that no longer serve you.<\/p><p>We can thank these early survival patterns for allowing you and your body to survive until now. Do you notice a difficulty connecting with other people? Do you notice a pattern of taking good care of others but not taking care of yourself? Do you have trouble saying no and allow others to overstep your boundaries every time?    Do you want more body awareness, more connection to what your body is telling you? Be able to be more peacefully present in the NOW?   <\/p><p>Do you talk and think a lot about your challenges but are still not really able to live your life the way you want to? Are you sensitive, intuitive and avoid the many stimuli of contemporary life because otherwise you get too tired? Do you live in your head with a body underneath that you would rather not stay in because you feel far too much pain or unpleasantness there?  <\/p><p>Your current patterns, insecurities and obstacles may have their origins in your very first life experiences ~ even as early as experiences you had in the womb. Events during your conception, your becoming-time in your mother&#8217;s womb and your birth have left imprints on your blue-print, your blueprint, your original essence.<\/p><p>Some challenges in life are not solved by talking or thinking about them any longer&#8230;they need to be lived through, felt through and then released. In this process, your body is your guide&#8230;out of your head into your body. If you do this on a journey where you feel safe, feel seen and heard, that path can take you to a place within yourself where you can grow, thrive, flourish and prosper.
